Job Description

A well-respected manufacturing company and leader in the food packaging world is looking for an experienced Plant Controller . The new Plant Controller will play a key role in overseeing financial performance across a large and complex manufacturing operation.

As expected, this position will involve monitoring and tracking financial performance, providing analysis and consultation to the site leadership team, and ensuring the integrity of all financial data for the plant. A key focus is on all-things costing: allocations, utilization, analysis, audits, and month-end controlling processes.

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Must have 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with more than 5 years working in a manufacturing environment with Plant Managers and other key business leaders
• Must have direct cost accounting experience with an emphasis on cost analysis
• Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) or Certified Management Accountant (“CMA”) is preferred
• SAP experience is highly preferred
