Pay: $2528/hr. Depends on experience. Shift Differential.

Hours: Day and Night Shifts Available

Weld Test: Open Root 3G MIG/ Flux core Fill in Cap Test and a 6G TIG Root Flux Fill in cap on 2inch Schedule 160.

Job Brief :
We are seeking an experienced Pipe Welder to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for setting up and operating advanced welding equipment performing highquality welds and ensuring all work meets specification standards. The ideal candidate is selfmotivated detailoriented and able to maintain a strong work ethic to achieve topquality results.

Responsibilities :

• Perform setup and operation of advanced welding equipment for various welding tasks.
• Conduct weld tests including Open Root 3G MIG/Flux Core and 6G TIG Root/Flux Fill on 2inch Schedule 160 pipe.
• Identify and repair defective products efficiently while maintaining acceptable repair appearance.
• Troubleshoot welding issues reducing s rework and equipment downtime.
• Ensure all welding work meets required specifications and highquality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean organized work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Skills Required :

• At least 2 years of pipe welding experience.
• Proficiency in MIG Flux Core and TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve welding defects.
• Ability to perform weld tests (3G and 6G) to required standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to highquality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Selfmotivated with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
