About the Role
As a Personal Shopper, you'll be a trusted fashion expert and dedicated resource for top clients. Your focus will be on providing an elevated, personalized shopping experience—helping customers curate their wardrobe, find the perfect gifts, and discover luxury products that match their style. More than just a sales role, this position is about building long-term relationships, offering expert styling advice, and becoming a go-to fashion authority.
Working closely with store leadership and special events teams, you'll play a key role in engaging the community, hosting private styling sessions, and introducing clients to exclusive fashion events. What You'll Do
Build lasting relationships with high-value clients by offering a personalized and high-touch shopping experience.
Assist with personal, home, and gifting needs, providing expert recommendations for all occasions.
Stay ahead of fashion trends and share insights with clients through styling tips and wardrobe curation.
Leverage alterations and fit expertise to ensure the perfect look for every purchase.
Utilize digital tools, such as store apps and online lookbooks, to enhance the shopping experience.
Engage clients via social media and other communication channels to keep them updated on new arrivals and exclusive collections.
Actively seek out and secure high-demand luxury items, even those not available in-store.
Host private styling events and fashion presentations, creating unique experiences that attract and retain clients.
Collaborate with store leadership to acquire new, high-value customers through networking and community involvement.
Serve as a fashion leader and mentor within the store, sharing selling techniques and trend insights.
Who You Are
Passionate about fashion, luxury retail, and creating exceptional client experiences.
A skilled relationship builder who thrives on personalized service.
A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple client needs.
Knowledgeable about styling, fit, and alterations, with a strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using technology and social media to engage with clients and enhance their shopping experience.
Experienced in selling luxury products, with 3-5 years in a related role preferred.
What You'll Need
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs.
