The Global Payroll Manager manages the full cycle payroll process and benefits administration across multiple countries and regions. This critical role ensures compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies while delivering a seamless payroll and benefits experience for employees. The person in this role will maintain a close collaboration with People Operations (Human Resources), Finance, and external vendors to streamline processes, ensure accuracy, and drive operational excellence in both payroll and benefits administration.
For Toronto:❗This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate will be working 3 days a week from our Toronto office located at 351 King St E, Toronto, ON (some flexibility may apply)
For Boston:❗This is a remote role. The successful candidate will be working remote in the Boston Area
