No medical experience needed - if you've worked in hotels, restaurants, retail, cruise ships, or any customer-facing job, you're exactly who we're looking for. This Role Is Perfect For People With Experience In: + Hotels (Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services) + Restaurants (Servers, Hosts, FOH Staff) + Housekeeping (especially in high-end or fast-paced environments) + Customer-facing retail or sales + Cruise ship staff or airport service staff + Any job where you're on your feet, engaging with people, and solving problems on the fly What You'll Do + Greet and check in patients at hospital or ER entrances + Collect and enter personal, insurance, and scheduling information + Use internal systems (training provided) to manage patient flow + Stay calm and professional during busy and sensitive situations + Deliver high-level customer service in a medical setting Requirements What We're Looking For + Friendly, professional, and reliable + Strong customer service or hospitality background + Can stand and walk up to 90% of the shift + Punctual and committed to great attendance + Open to different shifts - days, nights, or weekends available + Willing to provide a reference from a recent supervisor Bonus Points For: + Experience in high-volume environments + Working knowledge of customer databases or POS systems + Any familiarity with hospital or office systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) - but not required Dress Code + Business casual: slacks, knee-length skirts, and closed-toe shoes + No jeans, large earrings, or open-toed footwear + Minimal piercings (for hygiene and safety reasons) + Business casual sneakers are allowed Why This Role? + No medical background required - full training provided + Grow into a long-term, stable career path in healthcare + Meaningful, people-facing work every day + A great fit for those leaving hospitality but still passionate about helping others TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
