We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in a Full-time or Part-time schedule. The employee will be responsible for the following but not limited to: answering phones, scheduling patients for appointments, obtaining records from other healthcare systems, receiving faxes from other healthcare systems and filing them in patients electronic health record, uploading patient insurances, ensuring demographics/insurance is current and up to date in patients charts. Excellent oral and written communication skills is required.
