Located in the heart of SOHO adjacent to the Roman & Williams Guild, where founders Robin Standefer and Stephen Alesch present a visionary approach to design and living that intertwines beauty, luxury, and a profound connection to nature, culture, and community.

About the Team:   Led by Chef Marie-Aude Rose, celebrated for her tenure at Spring Restaurant in Paris, and Chef Rodriguez, whose career includes prestigious roles at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Quince, Lazy Bear, and Atelier Crenn. Together, they blend classical French training   with avant-garde practices  to offer a thoughtful  reimagining of French cuisine.

Now Hiring: A   skilled Pastry Cook  with an eagerness to perfect their craft of classic French pastries and desserts.

Qualifications:

• Experience:  2 years as a pastry production cook or relevant experience.
• Skills: Ability to handle both production and service, working 4-5 shifts per week.
• Expertise: Well-rounded pastry experience including plating, assembling, tempering chocolate, baking cakes, making ice cream, etc.
• Attitude: Positive demeanor, ability to take direction, and a genuine passion for the food industry.
