Position : Insurance Defense Paralegal
Location : Center City, Philadelphia
Type : Full-Time, Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience to join our busy team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale document production cases
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis
  • Organize and manage time effectively
  • Communicate excellently, both written and verbal
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience
  • Experience in Insurance Defense (Plaintiff side)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, research, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team

Highly Desired:

  • Proficiency with case management/document review software
  • Experience in personal injury litigation
  • Experience in subpoena practice
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Certificate
