Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven  Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This is a commission-only position, ideal for self-starters who thrive in a commission-based environment and are passionate about technology and business solutions. No prior industry experience is needed, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our comprehensive range of services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate Titan WolfPack's services, including managed print services, managed IT services, business phone systems, helpdesk support, Microsoft 365, and cloud virtual desktop.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to effectively position Titan WolfPack's services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM system.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of technology and a willingness to learn about managed print services, managed IT services, business phone systems, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Education & Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales is preferred but not mandatory
  • No prior industry experience is required; we provide full training to ensure your success.
