We’re looking for the big billers, the closers, the reps who are selling millions each year. The ones who want to make $300K+ a year, who think they’re capable of earning a Million plus a year.
This opportunity is for driven sales people who understand selling to the high-end or luxury custom home builder and building relationships with residential architects and firms.

Wired to identify and target customers and create a strategic plan to develop those relationships.
Understands that success comes from having a plan and executing it.
Naturally creates raving fans by sharing your expertise and providing exceptional customer service
You’ve been exposed to and understand the residential construction industry
The Experience We’d Love To See:
An understanding of how to sell on design, quality, and service, not price point
Past success selling to the high-end residential builder, property owner, or architect.
An interest in design and luxury trends in the residential construction space
The ability to develop customer relationships with custom and luxury home builders
Window and Door knowledge is a huge advantage.
Success selling any higher-end exterior building products, kitchen and bath, flooring, or luxury building materials is highly desired.
