Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality neuro rehabilitation services.
• Oversee patient referrals admissions and care initiation to meet financial and clinical goals.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Medicaid and state regulations.
• Perform clinical duties as assigned or needed according to discipline regularly to model best practice.
• Recruit hire train and develop staff to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Conduct audits quality assurance and performance evaluations.
• Drive marketing and community outreach to build referral networks and raise clinic profile.
• Identify and implement program improvements to meet patient and operational needs.
• Prepare and submit timely operational and outcome reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active unrestricted license to practice in Arizona.
• Minimum five years outpatient neuro rehabilitation clinical experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and program management skills in rehab settings.
• Strong knowledge of rehab techniques for complex neurological injuries.
• Ability to perform physical demands of patient care.
