We are seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to drive meaningful transformation by delivering expert guidance in strategy, leadership development, coaching, facilitation, and organizational change management. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to design and implement innovative programs that enhance organizational performance while supporting teams through change.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert consulting and technical services to program managers and senior leaders.
Develop long-range plans, goals, and objectives for organizational programs.
Create metrics to evaluate organizational effectiveness and track progress.
Design and deliver training programs to support leadership development and organizational strategies.
Conduct assessments, surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights and inform decision-making.
Offer coaching, guidance, and facilitation to leadership teams to drive organizational change and performance improvement.
Lead or assist in special projects or initiatives as needed.

What You Bring
Skills and Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of leadership development practices, instructional design, and organizational strategies.
Experience in coaching, change management, performance monitoring, and business process improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality results.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience in change management, or
Master's degree in a related field and at least 8 years of experience in change management.
Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI) is required.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is estimated to be $59,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. This role is part of a comprehensive compensation package that considers a range of factors to ensure fairness and compliance with labor laws.

Work Environment
This position primarily serves the Washington, DC Metro area. While remote work is allowed, it may not be guaranteed. Candidates outside the commutable area should note that travel expenses to the primary work location are not reimbursed.
