We are looking for an experienced Organizational Development Specialist who is excited to support leadership and organizational transformation in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with senior managers to enhance organizational effectiveness, support change initiatives, and improve team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert consultation and technical support to managers at various levels of the organization.
Develop comprehensive plans, goals, and objectives for long-term program implementation, and help evaluate their effectiveness.
Lead strategic planning and execution across multiple levels of the organization, collaborating with both employees and management.
Establish clear metrics for tracking the success of organizational development efforts and contribute to special projects as needed.
Design and implement leadership development programs, using a variety of instructional design processes to ensure their effectiveness.
Utilize tools like surveys, interviews, and assessments to improve leadership development and organizational performance.
Skills and Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of leadership development strategies and instructional design practices.
Strong understanding of organizational strategies to promote team and organizational effectiveness.
Familiarity with coaching, change management, performance monitoring, and business operations.
Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging training materials.
Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations, reports, and project updates.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process improvement.
A track record of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality and organization.
Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience in change management, or
A Master's Degree in a related field with at least 8 years of experience in change management.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) is required.
Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $59,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on your experience, skills, certifications, and other factors. The total compensation package includes various benefits in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Work Environment: This role is based in the Washington D.C. Metro area, with the option for remote work. If you reside outside the commutable area, please note that travel expenses to the primary work location will not be reimbursed.
