As an Organizational Development Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic and impactful team. You'll engage with senior leaders to understand organizational challenges and drive improvements through strategic development, tailored coaching, and training. Your work will help ensure that organizations meet their goals successfully, while minimizing the disruptions that often accompany change.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior managers to assess organizational needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement tailored coaching, training programs, and organizational processes that enhance overall effectiveness.
Lead the development of plans, goals, and objectives to drive long-term program success.
Provide expert consultation to program managers and leadership at all levels.
Track and evaluate metrics for organizational development and recommend process improvements.
Lead or contribute to special projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency and success.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in leadership development and the ability to design impactful training programs.
Strong knowledge of organizational strategies and techniques to enhance team performance.
Expertise in change management, coaching, and organizational development tools and techniques.
Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Experience with assessment tools (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups) to enhance leadership programs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong organizational skills.
Ability to advise, coach, and collaborate with leadership on organizational changes.
High ethical standards and professionalism in all aspects of work.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, or
Master's degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in change management.
Required Certification: Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI).
Compensation:
Estimated salary range: $59,000 - $200,000/year. Compensation decisions consider a variety of factors, including experience, education, certifications, and organizational needs.
Work Environment:
Primary work location is the Washington D.C. Metro area. Remote work is allowed but not guaranteed. Travel expenses for those outside the area are not reimbursed.
