We are currently seeking a Oracle DBA Consultant to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases.
Monitor database performance and implement performance tuning as needed.
Develop and manage backup and recovery strategies using RMAN.
Ensure database security by managing user roles, permissions, and auditing.
Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions.
Perform database upgrades, patching, and migrations per requirement.
Set up and manage high-availability solutions such as Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
Automate database tasks using SQL, PL/SQL, or shell scripting.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration (11g/12c/19c).
Hands-on experience with RMAN, Data Pump, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
Experience in production support.
Good knowledge in Linux with experience in managing Oracle Databases using Linux OS.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related performance issues.
