CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
This position requires you to work on site at one of our facilities located throughout Broward County.
T his is an OPS (Other Personal Services) positions and as such no paid time off is offered. Health benefits will be offered for full-time employment. OPS employees are eligible to participate in a deferred compensation plan.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
The Contract Writer is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts that comply with legal and regulatory standards of the State of Florida while supporting the operational needs of the Florida Department of Health in Broward County. This role requires attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with organizational objectives. The Contract Writer plays a critical role in maintaining transparency, compliance, and efficiency in the agency's contractual processes.
