This position will work with leadership and key partners on behalf of the Retail Consumer Sales Operations responsibilities for the Market. The Manager - Ops Support will report to the Director of Retail Operations while providing additional support to local retail operations and sales teams. This role will support executive-level needs, planning, analysis, and presentation development to ensure strategic business plans are successfully articulated and communicated
.Responsibilities include:
Maintaining relationships with key partners and local market leadership.
Providing support and guidance in order to bridge gaps in communication critical to the market.
Coordinating executive retail site visits/town hall meetings.
Monitoring and analyzing survey results and leading the development and governance of related action plans.
Developing and running an employee executive recognition program.
Coordination between resource management, talent acquisition and the sales team on staffing needs
Off-site event support and coordination in partnership with local marketing as needed
In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (VCG in office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience in Project Management and/or Operational Support.
Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% - 50% of the time.
Willingness to work weekend and after-hour support as necessary
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A Masters degree and/or PMP.
Retail experience
Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Five or more years of operations experience.
Ability to drive business-critical initiatives to completion.
Ability to effectively influence beyond position and scope.
Experience with design and delivery of executive-level communications and successful project management.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
