What You’ll Do

As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee daily operations across all One Endodontics locations in Virginia, ensuring efficient, consistent, and high-quality office performance.
• Lead, support, coach, and train teams across multiple locations, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and positive work environment.
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and patient flow to ensure a seamless and high-quality patient experience.
• Oversee administrative and operational functions including record-keeping, billing coordination, reporting, procurement, and supply management
• Serve as a primary point of contact for staff and patients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Lead recruitment efforts and oversee onboarding for administrative staff and providers.
• Manage employee time-off requests and benefits coordination using Homebase and third-party insurance providers.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate facility maintenance and office repairs with building management and designated vendors.
• Review and analyze operational and performance reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced professional who thrives in a leadership role and is ready to take charge. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in office management, team leadership, or a related role, preferably in dental or healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to keep operations running smoothly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and patients.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset to handle challenges with confidence.
• A commitment to maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
• Flexible on moving between locations, taking on new tasks, and walking the extra mile.
