We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Neurosurgeon to join our medical team in Carbondale, IL. This position offers a unique schedule of two weeks on followed by two weeks off, providing a balanced work-life dynamic. The Neurosurgeon will be responsible for providing comprehensive surgical care for patients with neurological conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Schedule:Full time, 183 24-hour shifts per year
Compensation:$900,000 per year, and any shifts worked beyond 183 are compensated at $4,900 per shift.

Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
Completion of a residency program in neurosurgery.
Board certification or eligibility in neurosurgery.
Valid medical license to practice in the state of Illinois.
Strong surgical skills with experience in a wide range of neurosurgical procedures.
