Job Description
As a Mortgage Loan Advisor, you'll play a key role in guiding people towards financial success. You'll start by learning about mortgage systems and get your NMLS license reactivated. Afterward, you'll receive leads and use your consultative sales skills along with your new mortgage knowledge to assist with residential. As you grow in your role, you'll have the opportunity to expand your expertise into other products.

About the role:
Evaluate and assist: Assess applicants' financial situation, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility. Help clients understand the mortgage process and products available to them.
Guide through the application: Support clients in completing mortgage applications, collecting necessary information for approval.
Master the tools: Become proficient in the Loan Origination System, CRM, and other necessary software used throughout the mortgage process.
Communication is key: Maintain ongoing communication with prospects, applicants, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth progress throughout the mortgage journey.
License up!: Complete state mortgage licensing requirements within the first 45 days to start offering services across various states.
What you'll bring:
Location: Must be based in Arizona.
Active NMLS (or the ability to reactivate).
Experience: At least 1 year of mortgage lending experience.
Licensing requirements: Ability to complete state and federal MLO licensing, including necessary education, exams, and background checks.
Skills: Self-motivation, great communication, and a positive, competitive spirit. Ability to work independently as well as a team player in a dynamic, changing environment.
