Job Opportunity:

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design and a knack for digital marketing? Main Street Inc. is looking for a talented and dynamic Mid-Level Digital Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this exciting role, you'll collaborate with our Graphics Team Lead and work cross-functionally with other Marketing team members to bring bold, innovative designs to life across a range of digital platforms.

You'll be at the heart of building visually compelling marketing material, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering top-notch designs that resonate with our audience. Job Responsibilities:

  • Concept and design assets across digital channels, including but not limited to newsletters, emails, blogs, social media, and more.
  • Design compelling presentations that communicate our brand's message both internally and externally with clarity and creativity.
  • Develop digital templates for software products that maintain a high standard of design consistency and usability.
  • Design visual elements for videos and multimedia content, enhancing storytelling and engagement.
  • Create simple yet effective graphics and animations for knowledge base videos that enhance customer support and understanding.
  • Keep our brand’s visual identity sharp and consistent across all marketing channels, ensuring everything looks as great as it feels.
  • Dive into digital production work, including photo editing, file prep, and re-formatting designs for development and deployment.
  • Work closely with team members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment to bring projects from concept to completion.
  • Approach every project with a strategic mindset, ensuring that each design aligns with our broader marketing goals.
  • Bring your ideas to the table during brainstorming sessions—your creative input will be a key part of the team’s success.
  • Embrace feedback, pivot as needed and stay flexible as design ideas evolve throughout the development process.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a digital design role.
  • Experience working as part of a marketing team or in an agency environment
  • A bachelor’s degree focusing in Graphic Design is required. A Bachelor of Fine Arts focusing in Graphic Design is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of graphic design principles—color theory, typography, layout, and branding are your second language.
  • Proven experience creating designs across multiple platforms (digital, social, email, print). Please submit a portfolio of your work for review.
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Animate, and After Effects.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and web design principles.
  • The ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • A collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and the ability to work harmoniously with others.
