The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Member Experience Specialist to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional member service – it's an opportunity to build and nurture relationships while helping our members achieve their financial goals. You'll be instrumental in ensuring each member receives exceptional service and support.

What You'll Do

Cash & Transactional Services
This position is fundamentally a team-focused role that requires flexibility and a commitment to member service. 

• Serve members in-person or digitally as part of our collaborative service approach
• Provide direct transactional support of in-person, telephone, online or ITM transactions
• Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to support our member-owners

Member Experience Enhancement

• Handle member service requests and provide prompt resolution
• Analyze member feedback and service trends
• Conduct outreach to inactive accounts
• Generate referrals through member success stories
• Participate in Member Development activities as needed
