Reporting to the MedSurg Department Manager and Charge Nurse, the MedSurg Nurse oversees patient care throughout the shift.
Throughout their shift, the MedSurg Nurse plays a pivotal role in organizing medication administration and meticulously documenting patient care activities. In addition to these responsibilities, the RN promptly responds to medical emergencies, applying their expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
