Position: Medical Device Sales Specialist [United States]

Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Medical Device Sales Specialist to join our expanding team. This position focuses on driving the sales of medical devices to healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and a thorough knowledge of the healthcare sector.

Primary Duties:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

  • Promote and sell medical devices to both prospective and existing clients.

  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and offer technical guidance.

  • Assess client needs and propose tailored product solutions.

  • Consistently meet or surpass sales objectives within the designated territory.

  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging product trends.

  • Educate medical staff on the proper use and benefits of products.

  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and professional networking opportunities.

  • Keep comprehensive records of sales activities, customer engagements, and market insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or the healthcare industry.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Self-driven, achievement-focused, and capable of working autonomously.

  • Availability for travel within the assigned sales region.

  • Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation.
