Medical Billing Manager
As a Medical Billing Manager, you will play a key role in leading and optimizing our medical billing and revenue cycle operations. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring our billing processes run smoothly, in full compliance with healthcare regulations, and that we consistently improve our cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the medical billing team, providing guidance on procedures and resolving any issues that arise
Oversee the timely and accurate submission of claims to insurance companies
Monitor and manage the processing of payments, denials, and adjustments
Ensure patient accounts are billed and resolved promptly
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations, including HIPAA
Keep up-to-date with changes in coding, billing, and insurance requirements
Implement strategies to minimize outstanding balances and effectively manage accounts receivable
Analyze billing performance metrics and trends to improve processes and increase efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve revenue cycle operations
Address and resolve escalated billing issues and disputes with patients or insurance providers
Partner with coding teams to ensure accurate documentation and claim submissions
Prepare and present financial and operational reports to management, offering insights and recommendations to enhance billing efficiency and profitability
Qualifications:

Proven experience in medical billing is required
Leadership experience is essential to effectively guide and manage the team
Must be a New York State resident

Salary: $ 115,000.00 135,000.00 Per Year
