What To Expect
Collaborate with Process ,Tooling and Manufacturing Engineering to establish Cooling Systems Equipment requirements, creating fully detailed 3D CAD equipment design models to be sent out for procurement.
What You'll Do
Develop the CAD design of cooling systems from concept to productionIncorporate input from Process and Thermal Simulation Engineers into Equipment DesignDesign Manufacturing equipment commonly referred as skidsReview and validate 3D models to avoid fabrication delaysSelection of components such as Heat Exchangers , pumps , valves , instruments for large and complex systemsManage parallel, rather than serial, the design , fabrication, and execution of such systems
What You'll Bring
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience Mechanical design experience specifically with cooling systems used in High Pressure Die Cast EquipmentStrong to expert level 3D CAD skills, including advanced surfacing and large assembliesCATIA V5+ fluency preferredPipe Flow analysis/simulations experience
