Position: Marketing Specialist
Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our company's services and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness and generate leads;
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and develop targeted marketing campaigns;
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create compelling sales materials and presentations;
- Manage the company's social media presence and develop engaging content for various platforms;
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement;
- Coordinate and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients;
- Work closely with the team to create visually appealing marketing materials;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment,
