Job Description

As a Logistics Specialist at Nox Medical, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory levels, and optimizing transportation and distribution processes. Our Logistics team works closely with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates & handles all warehouse and inventory functions
  • Executes all receiving, picking, packing, & shipping processes to meet objectives
  • Ensures First In First Out is followed for all transactions
  • Ensures compliance with health & safety regulations & operates equipment in a safe manner
  • Monitors supplies and informs supervisor when replenishment is required
  • Evaluates and identifies areas for process improvments and collaborates with others to develop and implement solutions
  • Processes all Sales Orders, generates required shipping documents and coordinates transportation picks up daily
  • Monitors inventory levels and supports adequate inventory levels are on hand
  • Collaborates with other departments such as leadership, sales order administration, tech support, etc to support and resolve issues
  • Performs Inventory Cycle Counts on regular basis to support control and inventory accuracy
  • Participates in quality system audits
  • Maintains a clean and organized facility at all times

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 5 years experience in warehouse, distribution and inventory management
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Communicate effectively through verbal, email and messaging platforms
  • Detail oriented and capable of priortizing tasks
  • Experience with ERP systems/various software used for warehouse/inventory management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Service minded, with strong problem solving and decision making skills
