About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the status of deliveries with the Customer Success and Account Executive teams. Work with internal teams to address any delays, discrepancies, or issues related to shipments and inventory, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Prepare and review all necessary import/export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, customs declarations) to ensure compliance with government and international regulations.
  • Monitor customs regulations and ensure all required import/export clearances are completed accurately and on time. Identify and propose improvements to processes and procedures where applicable.

You Are a Great Fit If You:

  • Hold a degree or associate degree.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in logistics management, with a strong focus on import/export operations and logistics.
  • Possess a strong understanding of logistics processes, international trade regulations, customs laws, and import/export compliance requirements.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Exemplify strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Are proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to handle complex situations and resolve issues promptly.

Even Better If You:

  • Have proficiency in logistics management software.
  • Are conversational in Chinese.

Benefits:

  • Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • 4% 401(k) company match.
