About the Role: SkyShare is seeking a Line Service Technician to join our passionate team. Right Person, Right Seat: SkyShare is looking for a Line Service Technician who is driven by a desire to succeed and focused on providing an incredible customer experience. This candidate exercises attention to detail and is eager to learn about different aspects of the aviation industry.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely marshal aircraft on the ramp; greet passengers and crew.
• Manage and dispense aviation fuels, maintain quality control, and complete paperwork.
• Tow and position aircraft; move aircraft in/out of hangars.
• Perform various ground support activities for aircraft service requirements.
• Operate and take care of ground support equipment, such as fuel trucks.
• Maintain physical facilities, including buildings, lobby, and hangar.
• Operate the fuel desk phone, facilitate fuel orders, and book rental vehicles.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, display a high degree of professionalism, and safely perform all duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements
• Availability Wednesday-Sunday, 6am–2pm, with flexibility for earlier starts
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures with a safety-focused mindset
• Basic computer and math skills (assist with CSR desk tasks)
• Basic mechanical aptitude (fuel truck quality control)
