1. Food Preparation and Quality Control

What winning looks like:

Consistently preparing breakfast sandwiches, parfaits, paninis and other food items to order that meet Lions Den Coffee Shop standards

What it will take:

· Following recipes and food preparation guidelines

· Following any special requests and food modifications

· Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

· Ensuring ingredients are fresh and cooked properly

2. Time Management and Efficiency

What winning looks like:

Making and delivering orders promptly during busy hours without compromising quality

What it will take:

· Prioritizing tasks effectively

· Streamlining the cooking process

· Ensuring online orders are made on time for pick up

3. Health and Safety Compliance

What winning looks like:

Adhering to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment.

What it will take:

· Regularly sanitizing workstations and equipment

· Following proper food storage requirements and temperature guidelines

· Properly using 3-bay sink for all dish washing and sanitizing.
