Job Description

Talis Group’s client is a litigation law firm serving Louisville with over a decade of experience. They are looking for a Legal Receptionist to answer phones, greet clients and perform other miscellaneous errands that will require occasional driving. Hours are 9am-5pm Monday–Friday, onsite. Pay will be $19-$22 per hour ($40-$46k) -depending on experience. 

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES:

• Answering phones, directing calls, and greeting guests.
• Respond to client questions and confirm appointments. 
• Process, scan and distribute mail.
• Drafting form letters using templates.
• Deposition and medical appointment scheduling and management.
• Filing medical records and other documents digitally via Dropbox.
• Bank deposits, court runs and other miscellaneous errands that will require occasional driving.
• Managing and scheduling the calendar of various conference rooms.
• General upkeep of waiting area and conference rooms.
• Managing and ordering stock and office supplies.
• Perform other light administrative tasks as needed.

HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS

• Spanish speaking bilingual applicants preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Legal industry experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be capable of maintaining composure with difficult clients.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.
• Ability to be punctual and meet attendance requirements.
