And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and versatile Aetna Technology Strategy & Operations Leader to drive alignment across technology, product, and business teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, experience in product-centric and modern engineering environments, and core consulting-type skillsets. As a key member of the Aetna Chief Digital & Technology Office, you will report directly to the Executive Director of Aetna Technology Strategy & Operations. In this role you will serve as a critical thought partner to technology leadership, helping shape and articulate our roadmap, optimize our management operations, and lead strategic initiatives advancing our Aetna Technology strategy. Your contributions will be essential in positioning Aetna CVS Health as a 'digital first, technology forward, and data-driven' organization. You will be responsible for managing shifting priorities, collaborating on high-traffic initiatives while thriving in an agile, fast-paced environment. *This role can be remote anywhere in the continental USA. **Key Responsibilities:** + Work closely with our Chief Digital & Technology officer, iterating on strategic technology agenda and execution + Partner with technology and product leaders to define and drive strategic initiatives, OKRs, and long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business goals + Support the evolution of our technology operating model, driving modernization and transformation across product & engineering + Act as a connective tissue across our technology and business organizations, driving alignment and clarity across dynamic priorities + Bring deep understanding of healthcare and technology to influence technology investment decisions and tradeoffs + Partner cross functionally to support the financial management and discipline of our organization + Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to inform technology strategy, resourcing, and process improvements **Required Qualifications** + 10+ years of experience in a combination of technology strategy, management consulting, product/engineering operations, or similar roles + 3+ years of experience in healthcare, particularly payers, providers, digital health + Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments while influencing without direct authority + Strong understanding of product-oriented operating models and lifecycles + Fluency in modern engineering principles-you don't need to code but should understand how teams build and deploy software today + Exceptional communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders + "Core Consulting" skillsets + Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset focused on agility and development. **Education** + BA/BS or equivalent experience required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
