Job Description:
We are seeking a Lab Tech Aide to join our team on 3rd shift. The Lab Tech Aide is responsible for performing routine laboratory support tasks to assist laboratory technicians and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare lab materials, samples, and equipment for testing procedures.
Perform sample labeling, sorting, and tracking according to established protocols.
Assist in maintaining lab cleanliness and organization, including cleaning equipment and work areas.
Record and input data accurately into lab information systems or logs.
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistently.
Support lab technicians with routine tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work overnight (11 PM 7:30 AM).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with lab equipment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Reliable and punctual with good organizational skills.
