COPA: Comprehensive and Objective Performance Assessments . COPA Soccer Training Center (COPA STC) is a 110,000 sq ft state-of-the-art soccer training wonderland located at Shadelands SportsMall in Walnut Creek, California. COPA STC utilizes much of the world’s most advanced training and assessment technology, some of which we develop ourselves, and some of which we have exclusively licensed for use throughout North America. We employ leading sports science techniques and advanced training methodologies in our quantitative assessment-based approach to the development of athletes of all ages and skill levels. Our elite level coaching staff leverages objective data to develop the technical, physical, and cognitive skills of an athlete.

About the Position:
The Coaches for COPA Kids are dedicated to nurturing our youngest members at COPA STC, focusing on athletes aged six and under. Utilizing COPA's cutting-edge technologies and premier training facilities, you will guide small groups of young athletes through our dynamic and enjoyable programs designed for early development. The ideal instructors will bring an energetic and positive attitude, along with a welcoming smile, to create a fun and engaging environment for our little athletes. Candidates should be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
COPA would require a coach to be available a minimum of 3 training days a week in a Part-Time capacity or up to 5/6 training days a week in a Full-Availability capacity – including 1 weekend day.
COPA coaching hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 9.30am – 8.00pm; Saturday & Sunday 8.30am onwards. With commitment to the same consistent schedule week after week.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
· Experience in teaching, coaching, or caring for young children, including curriculum development and engagement strategies.
· Proven track record of success in a customer service environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
· Current CPR/AED certification or a commitment to obtain certification prior to employment.
