Location: West Palm Beach FL (4 days in office 1 from home)

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Junior Salesforce Administrator. In this role you will support the administration and maintenance of our Salesforce platform playing a crucial part in meeting the needs of our sales marketing and customer service teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage technology to drive business success.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration customization and maintenance of Salesforce to meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain custom objects fields validation rules workflow rules process builder flows and other Salesforce functionalities.
• Provide user support troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems related to Salesforce usage.
• Support user adoption through ongoing system improvements.
• Implement and maintain data integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
• Oversee data management tasks including data migration and data quality initiatives as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for endusers.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience working with Salesforce as an administrator or in a related role.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into custom solutions.
• Detailoriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of data modeling and database concepts.
