Job Description

Salary: $68,000 - 82,000 per year Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience providing Tier 1 or Tier 2 technical support in a professional environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities within Windows and macOS systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin, Intune, and Entra ID.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or Asana.
  • Basic knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, VoIP, printers).

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver daily help desk assistance for both onsite and remote staff.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on Windows 10/11 and macOS devices.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, and device setups.
  • Address support tickets in Zendesk, Jira, or Asana with prompt communication.
  • Provide user assistance across a range of applications including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Egnyte, Formstack, RingCentral, and AWS Connect.
  • Implement basic security measures like multi-factor authentication, password resets, and access reviews.
  • Oversee device compliance and patching proactively through Intune and Microsoft 365 Admin.
  • Track IT assets, ensuring secure management and disposal of devices.
  • Collaborate with external IT partners for escalations, updates, and vendor repairs.
  • Maintain documentation and refresh internal IT guidelines and processes.
