Job Description

We are seeking an experienced **Inventory Specialist** to support semi-automated testing operations for consumer electronics. This role is critical in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring smooth material movement, and supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment. Location: Cupertino, CA Pay rate: $26.87/hr. **Key Responsibilities:** + Track and organize products and equipment for failure analysis + Maintain accurate records of unit movement and inventory activity + Manage material movement within the inventory room using internal systems + Support custom material movement requests and develop tailored solutions as needed + Maintain a clean, structured, and efficient inventory space + Create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation + Prioritize and manage multiple overlapping tasks effectively + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations and drive improvements **Key Qualifications:** + Minimum 2 years of inventory management experience in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Apple applications (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) + Familiarity with MacOS and FileMaker is a plus + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail + Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to think outside the box + Effective communication and collaboration skills + Comfortable working in a dynamic, technical setting + Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends when necessary + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods during inventory counts **Education & Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree or higher in a technical or related field nice to have) + Strong computer skills required; MacOS proficiency desired + English language proficiency required **Pay Details:** $26.87 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
