Job Description A Large Life Science Company is seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in RPA, AI/ML, and Automation technologies to join their team. Reporting to the Company Automation Center of Excellence, you will support our Practical Process Improvement with automation technologies acting as an interface with business owners and technical team. This role will focus on identifying business challenges, mapping process improvements, and deploying automation and AI solution to streamline operations and drive business transformation. You will qualify, discuss with business owners on the process to be automated, document the process design and report on automation opportunities that create business value. You will help creating test plan for the automation and facilitate the User acceptance testing by working closely with business users and technical team. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of professional experience in delivering large complex operations transformation initiatives  5+ years experience as Business Analyst with direct interactions with business users  2-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Automation Technologies like RPA, Conversational AI, Process Mining and Smart OCR. o Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism). o Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and experience with ML tools o Documented understanding of Generative AI models, including GPT-based systems or similar.  Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).  Technical background or strong experience and knowledge of SDLC  Must have good experience of process automation in major ERPs (Oracle, SAP)  Experience acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders for end-to-end implementations o Experience gathering, translating, and documenting technical requirements o Experience creating use cases, developing processes, monitoring and validating technical implementations to completion Technical background in software engineering/development  Knowledge of GXP compliance regulations and documentations null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
