#FutureofLabcorp About the Team: Labcorp in Chantilly, VA is a bioanalytical early development laboratory service provider for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies that seek top-quality laboratory services. Immunochemistry is the specialty nested in our Chantilly facility with approximately 100 employees and over 350 worldwide. The Quality Assurance team is a separate functioning unit that supports maintaining the integrity of quality and regulatory compliance throughout the facility and the produced work.
Internship Assignment Summary: - Learn to document work and laboratory records in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements
- Document reconciliation preparation
- Manage documentation distribution
- Identify possible steps that are doubled and could be removed for the sake of efficiency.
Education/Qualifications/Skills: - You must be enrolled in undergraduate college/university working towards a bachelor's degree
- Attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and effective communication skills
- Conscientious, disciplined, flexible and adaptable, having a sense of responsibility and to ensure that work is performed accurately and precisely, in a timely manner
- Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
