Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: $72,000 - $133,000 (based on licensure and experience):
Mental Health Counselor I (Master's Degree): $72,843 - $85,698
Mental Health Counselor II (MA Licensed): $87,412 - $102,838
Mental Health Counselor III (Post-Doctoral/Unlicensed Psychologist): $103,854 - $122,181
Mental Health Counselor IV (Licensed Psychologist): $113,201 - $133,178

Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you'll:
Deliver client-centered individual, group, and family counseling with cultural sensitivity.
Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify needs and develop treatment plans.
Provide referrals to community resources and case management services as needed.
Collaborate with primary care teams to integrate behavioral health into patient care plans.
Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and training opportunities.
Support patients in crisis with immediate intervention and care coordination.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all standards.
Assist with officer-of-the-day responsibilities, including LPS 5150 certification duties.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A valid California license or registration (ASW, AMFT, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist).
A master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
At least one year of clinical experience in Integrated Behavioral Health, Specialty Mental Health, or Brief Therapy Models.
Experience providing behavioral health counseling in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of DSM-V diagnostic criteria and laws/ethical standards related to clinical care.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and strong documentation skills.
Preferred: Understanding of the IMPACT Model of Care and Managed Care Models.
Bilingual proficiency (especially in Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese) is a plus.
