Job Description

JEVS Human Services has an  exciting opportunity  as an  Associate Director

The CLHS program allows individuals with intellectual disabilities to live with independence and dignity with the support of caring and experienced staff. Our staff provides specialized, 24-hour support within 35 community homes. Each home enhances the individuals' interest and abilities, with an emphasis on community involvement, stability, and maintaining important ties to family and loved ones.

As the Associate Director, you will oversee two of our residential homes, managing all staff and monitoring the progress of our residents. 

Job Duties:

  • Maintain budget, overtime, and coordinate purchasing/maintenance needs of the homes and vehicles

  • Train staff on policies & procedures, programming, and principles.

  • Serve as On-Call for the homes you support; and may serve as the On-Call Supervisor on a rotational basis

  • Track health services for consumers to ensure medical needs are met, doctor orders are implemented and medications are given as prescribed

Qualifications:

  • Associate's required
  • 2+ years experience managing in a BH setting; supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license is required

The base pay for this position is $50,000. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
