Job Description

Our client is looking for a new Hotel General Manager for their full-service hotel with an award-winning restaurant!

General Manager Requirements:

• 4-6 years prior General Manager experience in a full service hotel
• Strong F&B background required
• Hands-on, servant leader
• Able to handle engage with guests and the community
• Previous sales experience preferred

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Full P&L responsibility, budgeting, and forecasting
• Handling all guest issues
• Ensure a safe and fun working environment for all
• Hiring, training, and developing a robust and cohesive team

General Manager Benefits:

Salary Range: $70K-$80K
