Location: Tucson, Arizona Status: Part Time Visit rates: $20 - $30 per visit Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Care for others like family in the comfort of home. • Pay Range: $20 - $30 per visit

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Work with a registered nurse and other clinicians to provide care based on an individualized plan of care.
• Record your patient’s health status and report it to the nurse.
• Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices.

A few must-haves for Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Arizona
• CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Card.
• One (1) Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate nature, good communicator, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
