Position Summary:
LoveBound Destinations is seeking a Home-based Personal Travel Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a dedicated assistant to our clients, providing personalized support and assistance to ensure their travel experiences are seamless and memorable. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, reservations, and providing personalized assistance remotely.
• Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, to create customized itineraries tailored to clients' preferences.
• Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.
• Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy.
• Address any issues or concerns that may arise promptly, providing assistance and solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, travel bookings, expenses, and other relevant information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience.
