Qualifications

• While prior Guidewire Claims Center (CC) QA experience is not required, candidates must have QA experience in Guidewire or a competing platform (e.g., Duck Creek). 
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of QA experience in Guidewire or a competing platform (e.g., Duck Creek)
• Strong experience with manual QA testing tools, such as XRAY in Jira
• Proficiency with ticketing systems like Jira
• Strong documentation skills to ensure test cases and results are well recorded
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow through and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Ability to provide direct and thorough peer feedback within the QA team

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team, focusing on manual testing within Guidewire
• Estimate testing tasks in the queue and plan workload accordingly
• Write and execute detailed manual test scripts to validate system functionality
• Perform peer reviews of test scripts and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct manual testing following predefined test cases
• Review test case results from other team members for accuracy and thoroughness
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all test scenarios are analyzed
