Job Description

• Managing customer inquiries and forwarding important calls to the appropriate department.
• Performing administrative and clerical tasks, some data entry may be required.
• Escalating high-level client concerns to the management.
• Keeping the reception area clean.
• Monitoring office supplies and requesting stocks as needed.
• Maintaining an organized record of meetings and events.
• Keeping files.
• Booking meetings.
• Setting appointments.
• Managing day-to-day operations of a company.
• Resolving customer issues if required.
• Attend client calls and follow up with potential clients.
• Ability to use Adobe, Docusign, Microsoft Office.
• Training will be provided for additional software training, if needed. 
• Reports to only the two individuals: CEO and Executive.
