Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant for the spring and summer season.  This is a great role for a college student, or high school student!

What you’ll do:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Assisting customers with purchases and closing out receipts and invoices
• Balancing cash registers
• Responding to customer inquiries via email
• Greet incoming customers and answer questions
• Cross sell materials and educate customers on different materials

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
• Excellent communication skills
• General computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to maintain professionalism with a positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience, $16-$22 / hour
