For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members ( | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM **Basic Qualifications:** - Must be 18 years of age or older - No high school diploma, GED or college degree required - One (1) year of prior related work experience required and on the job training provided **Preferred Qualifications:** - One (1) year of prior leadership experience preferred **Responsibilities:** - Initiate, plan, schedule and evaluate the work, activities and resources of crews or team members - Instruct and train employees team members in the performance of their duties and in the proper use of equipment - Enforce and abide by safety standards and regulations - Coordinate work across multiple teams on joint projects - Schedule and assign active work orders and monitors backlog, staffing requirements, staffing capabilities and previous work carryover - Develop appropriate work plans and cost estimates by analyzing tasks and determining resources required - Estimate cost of direct labor, materials, tools, equipment, and contract services; and tracks actual vs estimated costs - Ensure all work-related materials and labor are entered into the work management system - Enforce departmental policies, procedures and safety rules and regulations - Supervise and participate in the layout, design, and fabrication of signs - Write specifications, orders, and maintain an inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
