Food Runners are responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner and must possess a thorough knowledge of the menu in order to answer any questions guests might have once their dishes arrive. Food Runners will also assist with preparing rolled silverware, polishing glassware, and drying plates for expo station. Water Oak’s goal is to provide guests with a seasonally inspired, hand-crafted savory breakfast and lunch menu, with a large focus on signature cakes, pies, and other specialty baked goods.
